I have created a space where people can come to learn about themselves and discover new ways of moving.

About Alistair
My background is in classical music and education. I was first introduced to the Feldenkrais Method® while studying music at university. The method offered me a greater sense of how I could use my body and enabled me to practise my instrument pain free for up to eight hours a day. As a child I experienced significant pain while living with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. The disease has been in remission for over 18 years now, but I wish I was introduced to the Feldenkrais Method® much earlier.
I am passionate about seeing others reach their full potential and love to work with people from all walks of life.

About The Feldenkrais Method®
The Feldenkrais Method® is named after its founder Moshé Feldenkrais. It is an educational approach that can assist in the formation of new movement habits, enabling someone to use their body in a more efficient way. Often, the ongoing pain that people live with is created (or increased) by the way they are using their bodies. If someone has poor posture, due to workplace stresses or from sitting at a desk, the Feldenkrais Method® offers a way to sense those habits and to invite new ways of moving. Whether you are an accomplished musician or an elite athlete, the method can help refine your movement and offer an edge over competitors.
Change your movement,
change your life.
